We have been open since June, 2002 and we are GROWING...

We have devoted a separate page for updates.  CLICK HERE for the latest on Tower 17, our semaphores, our wig-wag, and other ongoing projects.  We need good volunteers for all sorts of fun tasks.  Even one day a month would help a LOT!  If you can do more, GREAT!  Please call or email to find out more information.

New Gallery Exhibit Items - 3 different motor car track indicators and a very early lower-quadrant version (perhaps pre-1900) of a semaphore signal spectacle.  Also,  two temporary exhibits - one which highlights railroad operations during World War I, and a second exhibit pertaining to police officers/special agents of the railroad and express companies.

Admission: $2.00 for adults
$1.50 for senior citizens (55+)
$1.00 for children ages 1 - 14

Join us as Mr. Hutchinson provides an overview of the roles and responsibilities of his organization, the impact of 9/11 on the railroads, information regarding railfans, and railroad safety.

Rosenberg, Texas is located about 35 miles to the southwest of Houston on US Highway 59. Take the Highway 36 exit and go north about 1 mile to Avenue I, where you will turn right. Go two blocks to Third Street and turn left. Proceed two blocks and turn left on Avenue F, just before the railroad tracks.
